Welcome

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re trying to find the right fit. If you’ve found your way here, there’s likely something in your life asking for attention, understanding, or change. This is a space where we can slow down and make sense of your experience.

My approach is grounded, embodied, and open to deeper questions of meaning and spirituality. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or behaviors, we look at the whole of your experience, your emotions, your body, your relationships, and your inner world.

Drawing from parts work, somatic awareness, and depth-oriented therapy, we work together to understand the patterns that shape your life, reconnect with parts of yourself that may feel distant, and create change that feels meaningful and sustainable. The pace is collaborative and guided by what feels right for you.

I work with teens (12+), adults, and couples across all identities, genders, and relationship structures.

This is a sex-positive, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC affirming space

Relationships and individual experiences are understood within broader social, cultural, and systemic contexts that shape identity, safety, and connection. Each person’s lived experience is respected, with care taken to create a space that feels validating, inclusive, and free from assumption.
